If we use natural resources responsibly, this leads to long-term strategic success not only for R+H Autologistik GmbH &amp; Co. KG, but also for our suppliers and subcontractors. As a company, we are committed to the idea of sustainability. We express this in our daily actions and thinking &#8211; also in our corporate mission statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Active implementation of working conditions, environmental standards and ethical aspects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our sustainability guideline for suppliers formulates minimum standards and defines the minimum requirements for our suppliers: compliance with internationally recognized human and employee rights, respect for child labour and forced labour, compliance with legal standards and environmental guidelines, including the implementation of precautionary environmental protection and compliance with and promotion of business ethics. We expect our direct and indirect suppliers to respect and pass on the contents of this guideline and to actively promote compliance with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Common standards, education and a sense of responsibility as targets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All business activities within the supply chain must comply with local laws. Where national legislation, international legislation, industry standards and this policy address the same issue, the more stringent provisions shall always apply. The aim of this Sustainability Policy is therefore to establish a common standard of performance, raise awareness and promote a commitment to responsible business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A code of fair, environmentally conscious and responsible behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the guidelines for suppliers, we address other ethical, work-related and social aspects in our Code of Conduct. In it, we express our appreciation of responsible, fair and respectful interaction, which includes equal opportunities and cooperation in a spirit of partnership. This Code of Conduct also makes it clear that we adhere to regulations and take supporting measures with regard to the protection of data and intellectual property as well as free and fair competition.
